As we welcome the beautiful spring weather, FrontRunner Professional is also kicking off a very busy month on the road with funeral director’s all over the United States and Canada. As the Marketing Director of FrontRunner Professional, I will be kicking off the busy month at the American Academy McAllister Institute of Funeral Service (AAMI) conference in New York City this upcoming weekend (April 30th). There will be 4 CEU’s up for grabs and attendees will learn  the benefits of an integrated marketing strategy. It doesn’t stop there. The FrontRunner team will then host a two-day session at FrontRunner’s own Technology Center in Kingston from May 5-6 and more. We hope to see you  somewhere on the road!

AAMI Annual Bootcamp (April 30, 2016)

At the annual AAMI Bootcamp, I will be leading four dynamic sessions on Funeral Home marketing including the benefits of social media, an introduction to search engine optimization, cremation strategy planning and a look at today’s consumers. By walking funeral directors through not only the “why” but the “how” of funeral home marketing, they will be better prepared to promote and grow their business in 2016.

Kansas, Missouri & Nebraska Tri-State Funeral Directors Association Convention (May 9-11, 2016)
Overland Park, Kansas

May 9-11, you will be able to find the FrontRunner team inside booth #412 at the Tri-State Convention hosted by the Kansas, Missouri and Nebraska Funeral Directors Association. I will also be teaching two sessions throughout the event. These sessions will show funeral homes how to use the online space to grow their business and better serve families. It will also inspire them to take control of their online reputation and add an integrated strategy to their marketing efforts. I have yet to speak in Kansas so it’s a new one for me and the FrontRunner team. Be sure to say hello if you’ll be attending!

Metropolitan Funeral Director’s Association (May 11, 2016)
New Rochelle, NY

Live in the New York City area? Join me from 2:00-4:00pm at the Metropolitan Funeral Director’s Association meeting in New Rochelle, NY for a course designed to give you a 4-Step Marketing Plan. The event includes 4 seminars in total and is held annually to ensure that members of the Met FDA are equipped with the knowledge to improve their business, stay relevant in the constantly changing world, and earn their CEU’s. Formed in 1928, the Met FDA has always been committed to “cultivate, elevate, facilitate and advance the work of funeral directors and to collect and disseminate accurate and reliable information relating to said profession.” See you there!

Iowa Funeral Director’s Association Convention (May 16-19, 2016)
Altoona, IA

The Iowa Funeral Directors Association is hosting their most significant gathering of the year at the Prairie Meadows Event Centre in Altoona, Iowa. The event provides funeral businesses an excellent opportunity to showcase their products and services. Serving primarily as a networking event, the event also includes educational seminars that highlight the specific needs of the modern funeral industry. FrontRunner Professional will be not only exhibiting at the convention but I will also be presenting the 4-Step Marketing Plan course during the convention. It is a great event if you happen to be in the Midwest!

Continuing Vision Conference (May 24, 2016)

May 24th, don’t miss the FrontRunner team at the Continuing Vision event held in Poughkeepsie, NY. Above all else, the theme is learning this month and Continuing Vision is presenting “A Day of Continuing Education” at the Grand Hotel. As a cap to an already productive May, I will be there to teach one of the most popular sessions of the year: Building a 4 Step Marketing Plan. Join me for 2 hours, the morning of the 24th!
